FAQ
The record's envelope should be intact and in good condition, and the record itself should have copyright numbers (they are always on the outside and can be easily checked). Also, be sure to check the vinyl numbers on the envelope and label, they should match
— Store vinyl vertically in a dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and places with high humidity.
— Before and after playback, remove dust from the surface of the record with an antistatic brush.
— Handle vinyl properly - by the edges, taking care not to leave fingerprints on the surface of the record.
— Check the needle of your turntable regularly. A damaged needle must be replaced in time to prevent damage to the record.
These few rules will help prolong the quality sound of your vinyl.
We use special sturdy boxes for shipping vinyl and of course label them as “fragile”. To date, all of our records have reached our customers safely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will take the necessary measures.
